Passport for the Union of South Africa, issued to Mr Reginald Francis King, accompanied by his wife, and by five children. National status was given as a British Subject by birth. The Countries for which the Passport was valid was for The British Empire (see regulation 6). The validity of the Passport expired on 15th November 1924, unless renewed.

"We, Prince Arthur Frederick Patrick Albert of Connaught, Mayor-General, Knight of the most Noble Order of the Garter, Knight of the most Ancient and most Noble Order of the Thistle, Knight Grand Cross of the most distinguished Order of St Michael and St George, Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, Companion of the most Honourable Order of the Bath, Personal aide-de-camp to his Majesty the King, Governor-General and Commander-in-chief in and over the Union of South Africa. Request and require in the name of his majesty all those whom it may concern to allow the bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance, and to afford him every assistance and protection of which he may stand in need.Given at Pretoria, the 15th day of November 1922.
